🛒 Order Policy
- Minimum Order Quantity:
• Total: 50 cartons
• Minimum: 12 cartons per size and micron - Customized/printed tapes may require a higher MOQ based on design and order specifications.
💳 Payment Terms
- Advance: 70% payment is required at the time of order placement.
- Balance: 30% due within 15 days of receiving the invoice.
- Late Payment: Interest at 18% per annum will be charged on overdue payments.
- Accepted modes: Bank transfer, UPI, or authorized digital payment methods.
🚚 Delivery & Shipping
- Shipping charges vary depending on order volume and destination city.
- Delivery timelines will be communicated at order confirmation.
- We use reliable logistics partners to ensure prompt delivery.
📦 Return & Replacement Policy
- No returns will be accepted. Goods once sold are final.
- Please verify specifications, quality, and quantity upon delivery.
🏛️ Legal Jurisdiction
- All transactions and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Chandausi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
🧪 Product Assurance
- Slight variations in color, thickness, or print may occur due to manufacturing tolerances.
- For custom printed tapes, digital proofs will be shared and require client approval before production begins.
