• Sunrise Polymer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of incomplete information, payment issues, or non-compliance with terms. 

All business transactions are governed by the laws of India.

• Minimum total order: 50 cartons
• Minimum per size and micron: 12 cartons
• Customized or printed tapes may require higher MOQs depending on design and production requirements.

• 100% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation. 
• Accepted payment modes include bank transfer, UPI, and authorized digital payment methods.
• Delayed payments may attract interest at 18% per annum on overdue amounts.
   

• Shipping charges vary based on order volume and delivery destination.
   
• Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
   
• Sunrise Polymer works with reliable logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.
   
• Delays caused by logistics providers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond the company’s control.
   

Sunrise Polymer follows a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.

• Goods once sold and dispatched are non-returnable and non-refundable.
   
• Customers are advised to carefully verify product specifications, size, micron, quantity, and design details before confirming their order.
   
• No claims for return, replacement, or refund will be accepted under any circumstances.
   

All products undergo thorough inspection and quality checks prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

• Minor variations in color, thickness, or print may occur due to standard manufacturing tolerances.
   
• For custom-printed tapes, digital artwork proofs will be shared and must be approved by the client before production begins.
   
• Once artwork is approved, Sunrise Polymer shall not be responsible for errors or changes requested thereafter.
   

All transactions, disputes, or claims arising out of business with Sunrise Polymer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Chandausi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
